Day One | Wednesday, March 21

  • Pre-meeting Workshop (1:00-4:00pm) – Experiential Session in partnership with MOHAI (Museum of History and Industry).
  • Newcomers Orientation (4:30-5:45pm) for first time AMI attendees at the Pan Pacific Hotel, Gateway Room.
  • Welcome Reception and Introductions (6:30pm-9:00pm) Gates Foundation, Whidbey and Camano Island Rooms.
  • The Hospitality Suite will be open (9:00pm-11:30pm) for AMI attendees and their guests in the Pan Pacific Hotel Cascade Room.

Day Two | Thursday, March 22

  • Microsoft Campus
  • AMI Beg, Brag, What If (BBWI) sessions are featured throughout the day (8:30am-4:00pm)
  • Positive Turbulence Presenter – Chantrelle Nielsen, Director Research & Strategy, Microsoft
  • Happy Hour & Tours (4:00-6:30pm) Microsoft Boardwalk.
  • Thursday Evening Dinner Groups (on your own)
  • The Hospitality Suite will be open (9:00pm-11:30pm) for AMI attendees and their guests in the Pan Pacific Hotel Cascade Room.

Day Three | Friday, March 23

  • Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation
  • AMI Beg, Brag, What If (BBWI) sessions are featured throughout the morning (8:30am start)
  • Positive Turbulence Presenter – Leonard Garfield, Executive Director, MOHAI
  • Extended Brag – Chris Ernst, Gates Foundation
  • AMI Beg, Brag, What If (BBWI) sessions
  • Gates Building Tour (11:00-12:30pm)
  • Meeting concludes with a Newcomer’s Fishbowl experience followed by lunch (12:30pm)
  • 1:30pm meeting closing
